At Complete Environmental Group we make it a point to not collect or hold unnecessary identifying information where possible. The information we do collect is vital for providing service, and is done so in order to provide you with the best possible service. Here is the information we may collect about you in order to issue you service:

  • Personal Information: Your first and last name, your address, your telephone or mobile number, and your email address. 

  • Transactional Information: Credit and financial information only for the express purposes of making payment. This may include payment card numbers, expiration dates, and information about your billing history. 

  • Contact and Correspondence Information: Information such as the date, time, mode, and details of customer correspondence between you and a team member. For example, if you called in a concern with your services, the call and details of the call would be logged to our Customer Relations Management system in order to keep it on your customer file for future reference. This is done to ensure you receive the most up to date and quality service possible. 

  • Digital or Technical Information: Information such as which webpages you visit as well as the frequency and duration of your visits, which web browser you use, computer access points and mobile devices, referring website information, and your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address.

  • Device-Specific Information: (ex. device model, operating system, etc.) and device-event information (ex. crashes, hardware settings, etc.) may also be tracked. Digital information may sometimes be personally identifying; other times, it may be aggregated or anonymized.

We may combine different types of information collected about you.  We may also collect, use, share, or store your information without your knowledge or consent when we are permitted or required to do so by applicable law and regulations.

How We Collect Our Information

The information we collect can be attained in several ways, including the following:

Directly From You, the Customer:

  • Customers may provide their information by telephone, either as a new customer or as a returning customer. We may also collect information if you are a pending customer to ensure seamless service. 

  • When you access our websites and website functions (such as Request A Service Form, Book a Service Form, or Pay My Bill Function) your information may be collected.

  • Our fleet vehicles are equipped with cameras with may collect information in the form of digital photo, digital video, and audio recordings. 

  • We, or our third-party service providers, may place small files on your device called “cookies” as a tool to personalize your experience with our website. You may set your browser to restrict cookies, and/or may delete them after they have been placed on your device; please note the result of either of these actions may mean impairment of our website functionality.  Please check your current browser settings prior to using our websites to ensure they reflect your consent in regards to cookies.

We will not sell or license your personal identifying information to third party advertisers.

We may make changes to this Privacy Policy to ensure its compliance with industry best practice and applicable laws and legal revisions. 

If we revise our Privacy Policy, we will post the revised version on our websites, so that the websites will always reflect the most up to date version of our Privacy Policy. Any changes to our Privacy Policy will be effective from the time they are posted to our websites; except for any change in why we collect, use, share, or store your information that will only be valid upon your consent to such  change to the extent such consent is required  by applicable law and regulations.
